Santa’s Paradise Express

During the holidays family traditions old and new come together for one amazing time of year.  If it isnt already, a visit to Santa’s Paradise Express at the Strasburg Railroad in Lancaster County, is really a must.  It’s not everyday you get to ride a real train.  If that’s not exciting enough, you get to ride a real train with Ole Saint Nick himself.  To top that off my family is a huge fan of the Polar Express movie.  The kids squeel with excitement everytime we talk about going.  There’s something magical about the whole experience.

I hope you’ll consider a visit to Santa’s Paradise Express!

Nov. 25-27, 2011
Dec. 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 2011

“Strasburg Rail Road will welcome a very special visitor this November and December.  That’s right, Santa himself will climb aboard and visit with families as they travel down the tracks to Paradise, PA and back. As a special treat, children ages 3 to 11 will receive a gift from Santa and his helper.

After the train ride, children are treated to storybook readings of holiday classics. Visitors of all ages can also enjoy a ride aboard the Tinsel Trolley, a self-propelled motor car.

Our schedule includes three Friday evening trains and a full schedule on Saturdays and Sundays.”
