Oedipus Complex, Mariah, and some strange virgin kissing! What does that all have in common?  The last couple weeks of TV viewing for me, at least!

The Oedipus Complex story line reared its ugly twisted head in HBOs Boardwalk Empire last week, But really, who didn’t see that coming? Even still all 30 seconds of it while quick, was horrible to swallow.  I know Moms of little boys every where cringed at the thought of dear ole Mom tucking the youngest Darmody into bed.

But alas this week, I am full of woe as Jimmy’s gorgeous lips will been seen no more.  RIP Jimmy and Angela.

However, after viewing Mariah, and the Bieber who causes fever (apparently even in some older woman) in their Christmas video, I think I’ll take Jimmy fornicating with his young Mom any day.

(ugh *chills run down spine*)

By far the worst thing on TV to watch the last couple weeks was on TLC‘s The Virgin Diaries.  Terribly sad wedding kisses caught on camera.  I watched horrified thinking WTF!!??!!  I guess there are some things virgins should practice before the big moment!
